Check in process is dehumanising. It certainly doesn’t feel like coming home- more like staying in a Ryanair style hotel. Location was convenient and bed was ok.

The location of this property is really excellent, which makes it a pretty good value. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Check-in is at a computer touch-screen kiosk, rather than a reception desk. And since the staff manage the bar and restaurant instead of staffing a reception desk, it is sometimes difficult to track someone down for assistance. The kiosk asks for name and postal code, but it expect UK postal codes and chokes on U.S. Zip codes, so getting the attention of a staff member is important.

Honestly our favorite out of 5 different stays in UK. Superb staff. Good eats. Quiet, safe, great lift. Great location only 2-3 blocks from transit. Very convenient to eats. Loved our stay here.

We had a good stay at the Premier Hotel in Glasgow. It was the run-of-the-mill larger hotel for the area with not a lot of personality. It was comfortable and clean.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Leider kann man die Fenster nicht öffnen. Das Frühstück ist okay. Man ist super schnell am Bahnhof und in der Innenstadt. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen. Betten waren bequem. Die Badewanne ist sehr hoch. Man muss sportlich sein um zu duschen.

Direkt an der Buchanan Bus Station und der Fußgängerzone. Zimmer angenehm groß und sehr sauber. Bad ebenso! Waren dort für 2 Nächte. Frühstück war reichhaltig. Gerne wieder!

I was a little weary about a more budget chain hotel but it was great. The room was very clean and the location was excellent, by the two main train stations and right on the main pedestrian shopping area. The 12 pm check out was amazing for a later flight out. I had trouble checking in the kiosk, likely due to it being Expedia but staff was there to help. There was a nice kettle and real glass mugs. The beds were comfy and the shower great. There is Aircon but the coolest it will go is 19 C. Not America AC cold but comfortable enough. I would stay here again for sure!

Vi valgte hotellet ud fra dets centrale beliggenhed. Fint hotel med fine værelser. Der er hvad der skal være, der er pænt og rent og som altid i Skotland mødes man af venlige mennesker, så et fint men ikke spektakulært sted at overnatte.
