Excellent room and customer service

The suite with the ocean view is amazing! The only downside was, they don't provide the logs for the fireplace in the room. The hot water in the shower wasn't warm enough to use at night. The pool is not heated, very cold. Also, it would be better if they had more confortable chairs to lounge out in the balcony area. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. I would def come back.

It was ok...but I paid over $200 a night for a ocean view and It was blocked by the bar area I asked for a different room but they said there was no more..also breakfast is only for 2 not 4 even though I booked the room for 4 people...

This hotel was a little gem. We went during the week it was very quiet and serene. It felt like we had the resort all to ourselves. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly! They made my wife’s birthday by upgrading our room! Definitely our go to spot. They are doing some renovations but that didn’t bother us.

Was a good stay. Relatively clean.besides the outside of the building, could use a fresh paint but it’s not bad. Very nice people. Would definitely stay again.

Staff is awesome. Jesus at the front desk and Joaquin in the restaurant were amazing. Definitely went above and beyond. Front gate security guard was fantastic as was the staff in the spa, the bar and the front desk. Had to seat myself in the restaurant one evening, grab a menu myself and then was ignored by the waiter. After 20 minutes i had to go and find Joaquin to get some proper service. Fortunately, he made it all right Restaurant prices are outrageously overpriced in US dollars. If.you are going to charge more then California prices, your cuisine better be as good.at the very least. Food is very primitive and not well thought out. Menu seems to rely on poorly executed western themes with aome Mexican snack food thrown in. High end traditional Mexican meals with a fusion of classic French, Italian and Western flavors, properly cooked and presented, would be a great improvement. Room was primitive. Large space under the room door which you can hear the traffic go by. Room is extremely cold. Space heater doesn't cut it. Water is cold and shower pressure is extremely weak. For the price, im sure you can do better. Its too bad as the staff is wonderful. I believe it's time for this place to undergo a major makeover.

The staff was great!!! The location is excellent!!! There are two restaurants on the property, one for breakfast, and one for lunch and dinner. However, just a two minute walk away, there's a small store, two taco stands, and a couple of restaurants.

Needs Iron, heater and better WiFi

This is my fourth stay. The location is great. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding as usual and the cook accommodated my vegan diet.
