Best place to stay in Nelly Bay.

Great accommodation. Very close to Ferry terminal, IGA and bottle shop. Room was wonderful. Comfortable beds. Full kitchen. No complains at all. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay here and the fact that we could choose between 4 swimming pools on location and rock wallabys are always around to watch, we really enjoyed our time. The unit was a great base for our family.

Over all Amazing!

The manager of the hotel is amazing and catered for all our holiday needs. Unfortunately the unit is privately owned and is in desperate need of new beds and a freshen up. The resort is just beautiful and location the best we have been.

If you get the room we did, the photos look nothing like it. The furniture was old and stained, the room wasn’t as clean as you would expect an Accor property to be and there is no way to have a shower without being seen from the kitchen/living area. We booked a 1 bedroom not a studio.

We stayed in a great apartment. Two bed non water view, however we did have water since we over looked the ferry area which was fine as not noisy. The apartment was large and spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were great also. Thanks

The location in the island is beautiful and convenient- right by the ferry, coffee shops, restaurants, and an IGA. The room itself needed serious cleaning and furniture updates. We did not feel comfortable sitting on the gross couches, and there were 10-12 spiders by the sliding door.

The apartment we stayed in was definitely not a 4-star standard, barely a 3-star to be honest. The room seemed like it hadn't been cleaned for months, floors were dirty, dust everywhere, hair in the showers. The decor was dated and cheap. The carpet looks like it hasn't been updated since the apartments first opened and that the cheapest carpet was chosen in the first place. We really expected more quality and cleanliness for the price that we paid. The pictures online are very deceiving. I can understand general wear and tear, but the wear and tear in this apartment has not been taken care of since it was established. Blinds were dirty with tears in them and rust all over the rolling mechanisms. Mirrors were rusted and chipped from the edges. I wouldn't stay here again, and I wouldn't recommend friends and family to stay either. Very disappointing for what was meant to be an enjoyable wedding anniversary weekend.

I was disappointed with this property. For the amount you pay per night and the reputation of the mecure, i will not be staying here again, nor would i recommend it. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, which was advertised as an ocean view. We were situated behind the pool and spa, so we had a view of that instead. Faults with the accommodation. My biggest issue was that that room didnt lock. The area where you enter the back patio, the gate didnt shut competely, so it wasnt lockable. And then the lock on the door to the actual apartment has shutters next to it which you can stick your hand through and open the lock on the inside of the door, from the outside. The floors were wet when we first walked in. The main shower was mouldy. There was what I am assuming to be food splatter all over both the bedroom walls. The spa was very low in water so you basically sat with half of your body exposed and the jets are on a timer for 5 minutes so you have to get out and turn the bubbles back on every 5 minutes.

2 of the 4 pools were out of action. Did receive an email letting us know of one, so decided to keep the booking. Then to arrive to two being out. The 2 pools water was poor quality, obviously over used. Room it self very poor, stains on carpet, rusted fittings. Aircon leaking. With such an amazing view, if they invested some money in making the room match would have been okay.

Le plus sublime appartement de notre séjour en Australie. Le lieu est énorme, design, pratique (commerce et port à proximité) et petite cerise sur le gâteau : le wallaby qui nous a fait un coucou nocturne improvisé ! Il y a tout ce qu il faut de la buanderie indépendante à la cuisine de qualité

The view was fantastic. There were holes in the walls all through the apartment we had. The layout of the apartment was bad. The spa had only 1 working jet. Bed not comfortable at all. We paid the same amount the night before at Peppers for the same price, that was with breakfast included.

Schöne Unterkunft mit super Aussicht.

Wir hatten die Oceanfont und nicht die Oceanview. Wichtig damit man vorne am Meer das Zimmer hat. Die Unterkunft war gross, hatte alles was benötigt wurde . Ruhig am Hafen. Sehr gerne wieder
