Rooms are modern and clean, very nice. The location is perfect and central in Averio for shops, food, etc. The breakfast is good and has many options. The down fall is that not all restaurants on the property are open all day including the roof top bar. That was a bit disappointing.

Such a beautiful hotel. The staff were really welcoming from the start and they offered us a room upgrade for free which was gratefully received. The room was beautiful and very calming and relaxing and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Lovely to have some ‘ovos moles’ as a traditional treat from the town too. Great location. The breakfast was delicious and such a good choice of food. Great variety of fruit too and lovely to have freshly squeezed orange juice. Only thing we would have liked to have is larger cups in the bedroom for tea, more black teabags and some milk in the room too. Otherwise, 110% for comfort, decor, service and location. Thank you! We will definitely be back :)

Small boutique hotel, very modern with the latest technology in the room, including remote control for window shades, illumination and even a smart toilet. centrally located near the pedestrian zone and canal where you can take the gondola. Breakfast was adequate.

LOVE this hotel! Everything was perfect. If you can book room 221 it’s the best one. It has a balcony facing the canal, everything about the room was perfect. The amenities, the bed , the bathroom was large modern and very clean.It was truly amazing. The staff are very professional and knowledgable and the breakfast in the morning is very good. It even had a freshly squeezed orange juice machine.

Good location and very clean. The room amenities and decor were very nice, staff very helpful, and good breakfast. We booked a canal view room which you could only see from the corner of the room and basically looked out over the street so not really as advertised.

the room is lovely. the location is very good and the front desk attendant Jessica is wonderful. The hotel is small but very well designed staff in general are accommodating and breakfast was very nice

Wonderful new hotel. Room was well designed and washroom was excellent. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. We stayed for dinner one night and had the Chef experience menu. It was fantastic! Staff was so attentive, Chef and the food was Michelin star quality.
