Very small room. Only one accessible double power point & one didn't work. The other one was loose & plug had to be held in place so it could work. Only one towel was provided in the bathroom.

The room I was in 209 needs some repair. The shower handle was lose. This can be improved. The corridor carpet on 2nd floor is too old. But the food is excellent by international standard as it's been always that way every time I come to Ibis. The swimming pool is also excellent. Staff are hospitable, quick and know their job well.

Disgusting Hotel
The hotel needs an update and needs to be cleaned. It dirty and the sheets weren’t clean. Customer service was bad. It was nasty and a bad experience. Absolutely disgusting
