A great location for the relatives we were visiting. Very comfortable, clean, and Friendly staff!

Amazingly kind staff, very nice rooms, fresh and tasty breakfast with an outstanding restaurant team, proactively taking proper care of guest preferences delivering great service!

Service was very good, but we could not sleep good, because of the bed, it was very hard.

We were 4 adult family members staying 3 nights and it was beyond our expectations. Excelent Hotel: nice confortables pillows, clean and spacious modern room, amazing shower, and very nice delicious breakfast every day. Plus a restaurant bar with lobby access open until late on one side and then on the other a full Casino to play and/or enjoy the great music live on the weekend.....What else is needed ? Or just an amazing huge Mall across the street and docena of options to eat the best food and fruit juices .... 10/10

We absolutely loved our stay. Place was immaculate. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Rooms were beautiful and well insulated from outside noises. This will be the only place we stay on our future trips to bogota. Staff knew our names and addressed us by name. Truly an excellent experience. 5 stars across the board.

Really enjoyed the breakfast 1st class.

Sonesta Hotel fulfilled our expectations. The service was outstanding, the room was neat and clean. A few observations: only one outlet in the room which makes a bit harder to charge electronic devices when you have more than 2 devices. The bathroom layout is a bit tight, the bathroom obstructs the shower door. Breakfast is great on weekends; however, during weekdays is good but the menu does not change much.

Our stay was really pleasant, our room very clean and comfortable and the service really good. The only comment is that the mini bar made a constant buzz, that was a bit uncomfortable in the silence of the night, and the faucet seemed to leak a bit, the rest was really good.
