The place is located in a heart of Gangnam. A metro station is nearby, about 5 minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Check in was very easy and there are staff members , 24/7. The only thing I didn’t aware about was a bathroom. We had 3 people, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bathroom was located in the master bedroom, which was an odd configuration. If you travel with your friends, it can’t be very uncomfortable. Otherwise the place was great.

Visiting from LA and wanted a super clean spot. Better than most of the hotels we stayed at during out Japan -> Korea trip. Easy check-in. Great spot. Killer BBQ spot that's open super late just down the street. Would stay here again. No views but the price reflects that. Big value otherwise.

Really enjoyed our stay at AC Palace. It is a very convenient apartment style hotel with large refrigerator, washer/dryer, oven, etc. it felt like we had our own little apartment in Gangnam. It is a good location with nearby metro and shopping nearby. It is not exactly close to the main parts of Gangnam but was fine for us even for an evening or morning walk was fine. Catching metro or uber to other parts of Seoul was easy. Loved it!

清潔な部屋です。チェックイン時、機械でうまくできなかったが、スタッフが速やかに現れて対応してくださって、スムーズでした。 部屋の中の操作、お風呂ヒーター、クーラーのリモコンなどに英語表記があると更にありがたいです。 ありがとうございます！

Pros: great location, clean place, privacy, reasonable price, 24hr office staff (lady staff was not friendly at all) Cons: lack of amenities such as basic iron and iron board missing, complicated hearing system control (which made the room really suffocating at point) no KakaoTalk or WhatsApp or any instant contact point (not timely communication) . dusty and stained carpet in the living room, only one bathroom inside the bedroom (when Hotels.com listed two bathroom which is super misleading) So for the great location, convenience and pricing I say yes but everything else was not practical and enjoyable. At the end the shower drain was also clogged, causing water to back up, so I couldn’t even take a shower. I didn’t even want to bring this up any more cause the 24 hour staffs were not very friendly nor helpful and I didn’t want to bother going to their office in person and asking for help every time. If you want absolute privacy with no help needed at all this place is for you. Otherwise there’s tons of better choices.

Stayed for 5days in Seoul. Apt was great. Safe, clean and very quiet place. Brand new building which is half block away from the main road. Ac works great, so many restaurants and convenience stores around, bed and bedding are good, there is no lobby but communication was easy by the phone. Everything was great and i definitely will be back next trip.

Room Heating and hot water system and Japanese imitation toilet not working properly. Coffee and tea to be refilled every day with milk pods!
