Room was very big with good views of the bay. There was a few maintenance issues in the room but they did not affect the holiday at all. Staff are all very attentive and helpful. Hotel is in a good position to the sea port and always seemed clean. This is a very nice hotel.

Bathroom had used dental floss on the floor and in the bedroom under the radio was a used tissue. Not enough staff on duty but they were pleasant. Shower stopped working with no water coming out of it. Great location

Pretty good overall, but the hotel feels a bit like a work in progress and the decor is a bit tired. Room furniture seems hurriedly assembled from second hand stores! That said - great location, very comfy bed, clean and airy room, large clean bathroom, cooked breakfast!

We visited for a long weekend, the hotel was serviceable but could do with renovation to make it a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was very good and location on the front is nice. However if you’re staying on the weekend, get a sea view room, otherwise you will be kept awake by the extremely loud music and antics from the Wetherspoons beside the hotel.

Breakfast was perfect great service and food. Original room was next to Wetherspoon's very noisy until 2-3am. Asked to move rooms and was moved after 2nd night to the front nice room and quieter.

The location was excellent but the property needs some maintenance and the halls needed regular vacuuming. Our biggest problem was the toilet seat in our room was coming off and, although we reported it and followed up with the reception staff it wasn’t fixed throughout our stay. Even the ladies toilet in the foyer area had a loose seat and only one of the lights worked.

Well located hotel within five minutes walk of the ferry port. An old fashioned style B and B with seemingly new owners (Opul Group). Rooms are large but maybe a little in need of a refresh. Everything clean. Breakfast included which was surprisingly excellent. Buffet style but even catered for us as vegans which was amazingly welcome. Well located for the town centre, next door to wetherspoons which can be loud on a weekend, but no huge problem.

We had a lovely spacious room with a nice shower, tea/coffee making facilities but unfortunately it was room 206 (207 is likewise) which suffered from loud banging music last Friday night from Wetherspoons next door at 2nd floor level until 03:00am Saturday night wasn’t anywhere near as bad but could still hear music playing loudly after midnight. The breakfast buffet was very nice with plenty of choice of hot food and pastries etc. The hotel is almost on the promenade directly opposite the Bee Gees sculpture and is a 5 mins walk to shops, supermarket and eating places, there is a bus stop virtually outside on the street for a bus to/from airport. Staff were friendly and helpful

The good: - Location, location, location - Write near the center of everything in Douglas - Accessible to the beach, in front of the Beegess - The staff was very helpful. The bad: - The photo in the hotel site looks great. - The place smell musty - In the room, the iron stand was broken. The coffee machine still had pods from the previous stay - We stayed there two nights, after the first night and room service, we noticed that the same towel was folded and kept on the rack. How -> it had a specific stain on it and it was there on the new one

Super friendly check in. Huge room with sofa and sea view. Fantastic choice and quality of breakfast. Amazing staff. Comfy bed. Great location. Would definitely stay again.
