I absolutely loved this place. A compact unit that is well kept and comfortable. There is access to a pool and hot tub and two spaces for cars for each unit. I would definitely stay again

Beautiful property. Great customer service at the front desk. Mellissa was very kind and helpful. Tiny home is very nice and clean. There should have been disclosure that the upstairs is roughly 3-4 feet from floor to ceiling. you have to walk on your hands and knees to access the beds and to navigate around the room. This might be ok for kids but we were 5'10" women...the upstairs is not a viable option for most sleeping arrangements and should be disclosed. Your property is beautiful and we would stay again if there was only 1-2 people.

Great location, amazing views and quiet. The tiny home was amazing, plenty of space, modern, full kitchen supplied with everthing you need and very clean. They have a nice pool and hot tub. Would highly recommend to book a stay at the Riv. We will definitely rebook again in the future.

Our family of 5 had a blast at this property. The place was super clean, modern, spacious and it was better than expected. Would definitely stay again. The place offered us comforto rest and have fun after a day of hiking and exploring Zion park.

The upstairs loft add a nice dimension to an independent cottage, clearly not a normal hotel room, we were pleasantly pleased and would book again! Great family option for Zion!

Probably one of our most favorite stays ever! These tiny homes are perfect for our family of four. Only 20 minutes to the Zion entrance. Close to food and a short drive for a grocery store. We loved that they had a pool and an outside seating area with a fire pit. We like there is no carpet so you can just tell it’s clean. I highly recommend The Riv because it was my kids favorite place to stay with their loft beds.
