Very Nice Hotel!
Unfortunately, we were unable to experience the full hotel and they had a gas problem and the rooms were going to be cold. Upon arrival, they had already made arrangments for us to go to another hotel including the transporation to the new hotel. We had Christmas dinner reservation still at the hotel as the restaurant was open and it was fantastic! Really cring staff, went out of their way and did a marvelous job! The hotel from waht we could see was very nice and comfortable and in the heart of town and walkable every where!

We have to change rooms because of bathroom malfunction The hotel charged a higher per night rate that the one specified in our reservation and no credible explanation was provided when ask other that no extra fee was charged. We paid us$ 72 in excess of the reservation rate.

Fica na avenida principal de Ushuaia. A parte ruim é que eles pedem um cartão como crédito.. e reembolsam depois. Não gosto disso! Café fraco mas o normal para Argentina. Limpeza e localização excelente!

Hotel bem localizado, mas me forneceram um apartamento inferior ao que eu tinha reservado e pago. O café da manhã é bom, a vista é maravilhosa. O sistema de calefação é muito bom. Para quem quer ficar no centro é uma excelente pedida!

The only thing was that the street San Martin never sleeps and can be noisy all hours of the night. There is no way to cool the room other than opening the balcony door which lets in the cooler air but also the noise. There were only 2 outlets in the room and 1 was behind the bed. There was no chair with a back in the room which made doing any work at the small table tiring. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was very good with scrambled eggs, cereal, and breads with ham and cheese and many other delights. The bed was firm and yet soft. I would stay here again.

This hotel is in the center of town and very convenient for walking to everything. Airport is close and taxi to airport is only about $4.00 USD. The room was clean and comfortable. My only recommendation would be more choices on the lunch meu in the restaurant but since there are so many restaurants within walking distance this really isn't an issue.

Loved this hotel for our 2 night stay. Wonderfully located in the middle of the township. The view from the breakfast floor on level 4 is spectacular. The staff are always polite and ready to assist. English is spoken by reception and a french too. I woukd stay here again.
