There were no staff on duty, it was a self check-in and out, but that all went smoothly. It's an old property, but well-maintained. It's quite a climb up all the stairs if you're allocated a room on the third floor but it wasn't an issue for me. I had one of the ensuite rooms and the bathroom was in good condition. Comfortable bed. Tea & coffee making facility in room was a bonus.

Room was small and basic and at the back of the building. Net curtain didn’t fit the window, windows looked unsafe and unsecure. Bed was a small double when a double was advertised. Bed base and headboard had seen better days. Towels were thin and small, overall nothing like the photos on the website. We left and spent considerable money to stay elsewhere, owners didn’t provide a refund full or otherwise

Fantastic stay at Central Wave Brighton. The location is great, really central and easy to get everywhere on foot. The room was clean and comfortable, and nicely done considering it’s an older building. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. Check-in was easy and everything ran smoothly. Communication was good, and it was nice to have someone at reception if needed. Overall, great value for money and a really pleasant stay. We’d happily come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Central Wave. From the moment I arrived, the check in process was well explained and organised, and the communication from the team was clear and helpful throughout. The property despite being a Victorian building is clean and well maintained with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless, the bed was really comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. The location is also a big plus. Very convenient for getting around Brighton while still feeling quiet at night. Overall, great value for money and a really enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend Central Wave and would happily stay again in the future.

It was not made clear if we had access to a kitchen or even if there was a kitchen so we could not wash our coffee cups properly and it was hard to fit cups and bottles underneath the bathroom sink tap.

A spacious room with lively big bay windows looking out to the sea and pier. The en-suite was small but perfectly functional. The shower was powerful, easy to adjust and with lashings if hot water. Overall, given the perfect location, excellent value for money. We would return to a sea view room at Central Wave.

The staff I saw were nice, room size was lovely. Only minor downsides were the bedding had some tiny stains dotted around it, and the fact the bed was really damp, but I think that was more to do with the sea air rather rhan anything else. Apart from that it was really lovely and very easy to come in and out.

Good location, near to beach and attractions, but slightly off the main road so fairly quiet. A basic room, however spacious and very clean. The extra addition of a fridge and fan which I was not expecting was appreciated. Due to online check-in, I did not have much to do with staff, however those I saw in passing were friendly and polite.

Rummet var rent, spolning i toan fungerade varierande. Hårda obekväma sängar och kuddar. Dock nära till havet och till pubar, restauranger och butiker. Mkt varmt på rummet med em enorm fläkt på golvet där det var nödvändigt att ha på högsta hastighet hela tiden för att kunna vistas i rummet eller sova där. Gav starka vindar, torr luft och svårigheter att prata ljudet var högt.

On the beach konseri için şehre geldik. 2 gece konaklama imkanı bulduğumuz otelin konumu denize ve şehir merkezine oldukça yakındı. Bina ve odalar eskiydi ancak oda temizdi. Bunun yanında odalar oldukça küçüktü ancak bu fiyata oldukça iyi bir konaklama deneyimimiz oldu. Kısa süreli konaklamalarda değerlendirilebilecek fiyatına göre oldukça iyi bir otel olduğunu düşünüyorum.
