A very nice surprise in the middle of the city! Room was cozy, had a refrigerator, which was a lovely surprise. Easy to check in/out. Easy to walk to Oxford St, transport and grocery shopping (Tesco Express and Waitrose 5/7 min walk away). Nearby cafés and pubs. Safe, secure I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Room was clean and as described. Remember to read the instructions on how to checkin, as there is not always a concierge. Centrally located 5 minutes from Edgware Road and 10 minutes from Marble Arch.

Överraskande bra för ett sånt enkelt boende. Fräscha rum och väldigt rymliga. Bra badrum. Hyffsat tyst trots beläget vid större gator. Trevlig personal som man hade kontakt med via den digitala incheckningsdisken.

Room 6 was a little tired looking, could have done with a lick of paint walls were marked up, The TV couldn't connect to the network, The facilities were pretty good, small fridge, kettle and a good shower, there wasn't any coffee or builders tea only green tea. That said it was reasonable priced for a saturday night in London. Gaining access to the entrance door wasn't very clear, thankfully another person staying in the hotel let us in. The self checkin and issuing on key card once in the hotel was straightforward.

Within walking distance of Marble Arch underground. This is a self-check-in hotel. AC was appreciated since we were there during the heat wave. Our room was on the top floor. No elevator. We were fine, but it would be difficult for someone with physical limitations.

The hotel staff went above and beyond for us. We needed to extend our stay by a day at the last minute, and they were just a phone call away ready to help us work out a solution. They made everything as easy as it could be. The area and hotel felt safe for two female travelers. Check-in and checkout were easy. The rooms were small but tidy, clean, and comfortable.

Okay for a brief quick stay. There were marks on the wall and bed sheet. Bathroom and coffee was fine. Tv was not connected, bits of the wall were broken. Checking in and out was straightforward. Some others were having problems but I slept in my clothes ans didn’t feel clean enough. and had two air con machines in there??

Was a bit concerned as it was 'remote' management, and I did have an issue with my electronic check in but instant response to the bell by the machine and all fine, just as quick and easy as if a hotel reception. Clean, nice shower and well located for my needs.

The hotel was easy to access and the room was cool when entering despite the heat wave. The air-conditioning was also easy to use and the location was perfect for the event we had at Hyde Park. We did have some minor issues in the fact it seemed our amenities had not been restocked fully. The body wash in the shower was empty, there was only green tea availabke(not the usual English breakfast/black tea you would expect) and there was no milk. Not enough to ruin a stay but a mild inconvenience that could be worth baring in mind. There are coffee shops around so if you do need a tea or coffee in the morning you won't go entirely without.

The check in process was a bit confusing as there were multiple messages with conflicting information. The room was fine and clean but there were scuff marks on the walls in various places. I would stay here again because it’s in a convenient location and should be much easier now I know how to check in. A MESSAGE FOR OTHERS- DO NOT CHECK IN LATE AS IT CAN BE DIFFICULT TO GET IN TO THE BUILDING IF YOU DONT HAVE THE RECEIPT TO HAND. THE PERSON TRYING TO GET IN WHEN WE RETURNED HAD RANG FOR HELP AND THEY HUNG UP ON THEM. THERE ARE NO STAFF.

Hotel is good, didnt have any interaction with staff on premises. Check-in is via a screen machine in lobby. Sheets lovely and clean and towels. Tea/coffee tray in room. Air conditioning worked well.
