Our second stay here. It's a very nice property and well priced. The only complaint we had, hand soaps were not stocked, shampoo and conditioner were not filled. Also, front desk should communicate about parking when checking in. We didnt know about the hotel's contracting parking until we asked on the 2nd day.

For the price the rooms and hotel were amazing! We enjoyed our stay very much. Having the fridge and couch area were exactly what we needed for our stay of 5 people. A little dusting was needed in the rooms. When the light hit right you could see the dust settled, but wasn’t a deal breaker for us. The hotel was very clean.

Don’t know what about this is a boutique hotel. They didn’t clean the room the entire three nights we were there. Had a kitchenette with an oven but no toaster. So we made bagels in a full oven, which seems wasteful. There’s no onsite parking, you have to go two blocks away. It was clean and comfortable just annoyed by the little things.

Honestly, it was one of the best experiences at a hotel that I've had. The people were very friendly and helpful , the view from the 5th floor was amazing, and the hotel room was the nicest that I have ever been in. I would highly recommend it and I will definitely return.

They were good and accommodating.. we had to wait 30 minutes for our room and I did not think it was a big deal and they gave us a discount and free parking. I thought it was not necessary but they have high standards for their guests and I felt that was incredible! If all places were like that!! Good customer service!!!! They will take care of you!

The body wash was empty in the shower. Even though the property is dog-friendly, there is absolutely nowhere for your dog to relieve themselves - no grassy areas within the vicinity of the hotel.
