First time in Lisbon and I am so grateful we chose to stay at Lisbon Chiado Hotel and Spa. The property was perfect from the room, location, and amenities. The staff were so incredibly accommodating! It was my wifes birthday and i requested the staff to get some flowers for her and they definitely over delivered! Thank you for making our stay perfect and a never forget experience! The hotel has the most beautiful rooftop terrace with amazing views of Lisbon. We had planned for some viewpoints but skipped them all since we only had to take an elevator ride up to have the best views! So many restaurants and shopping were walking distance to it and if we ever come back to Lisbon, we are 100% staying here again!

**Experiência incrível no Lisbon Chiado!** Ficamos hospedados no Lisbon Chiado e a experiência foi excelente! A localização é imbatível, bem no coração do bairro, perto de tudo — restaurantes, pontos turísticos e transporte. A limpeza do hotel é impecável, e o quarto era muito confortável e bem cuidado. A equipe também merece destaque: atenciosa, simpática e sempre disposta a ajudar em qualquer solicitação. O único ponto que vale mencionar foi a demora no atendimento dos pedidos do café da manhã, que poderia ser mais ágil. Fora isso, foi uma estadia maravilhosa e certamente voltaríamos! Recomendamos muito o Lisbon Chiado para quem busca conforto, excelente localização e atendimento!

What an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, incredibly well maintained, and remarkably quiet — a true haven in the heart of Lisbon. Everything feels thoughtfully cared for, from the common areas to the smallest details in the room. The level of service was outstanding. The entire staff was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely proactive. You truly feel that everyone cares about making your stay special. I was particularly impressed by the housekeeping. Every single time I returned to my room, everything was absolutely immaculate — so much so that it genuinely felt as if the room had been refreshed more than once a day. That level of care and attention to detail is rare and made a real difference throughout my stay. Breakfast was wonderful as well: fresh, delicious, beautifully presented, and served with the same exceptional attention and kindness. More than just a beautiful hotel, what makes this place truly special is the combination of comfort, tranquility, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality. I left Lisbon with wonderful memories, and this hotel was definitely part of them. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in the city.

We really loved this hotel in Lisboa! Recently opening last October, the hotel is a beautiful gem. Our room was spacious, luxurious, and equipped with all of the amenities we like such as a Dyson hair dryer and Guerlain products. Their rooftop bar has the best view of the castle and city. Their spa level with a heated pool was exceptional. The staff members were extremely professional and friendly. We sincerely appreciated their attention to detail. They were gracious, polite, helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. In addition, this hotel is located in the best area of the city, with access to great restaurants, just a block away. Five stars across the board!

Das Personal ist sehr jung, und nicht einem 5* Hotel entsprechend geschult. Ich hstte ein Problem mit automatischen Lichtsensoren, die mich in der Nacht geweckt haben. Das Management war erst nach 4 Tagen erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist max 4* Niveau. Keine gute Auswahl und Qualität. Der Kaffe war in jedem anderen Café der Stadt besser. Ein „freiwilliges“ Trinkgeld wird in der Rechnung in der Bar bereits auf der Quittung eingerechnet. Das ist dreist. Schlechte Erfahrung, kann ich nicht empfehlen.

This hotel completely exceeded our expectations! This (brand new) hotel and spa is simply gorgeous, and is in the perfect area to explore Lisbon (Chiado). The rooms and bathrooms are beautiful and huge, the beds perfect, one of our rooms had a large and cozy alcove sofa that overlooked a picturesque theater; the spa and masseuse and pool were perfect (and also beautiful!). The hotel restaurant serves an incredible breakfast (included) - omelettes, pancakes, and more - and the best coffee. AND the rooftop bar was wonderful - great drinks and snacks, and the upper level has a 360 view of the city and castle! (Also: The taco/taqueria place across the street also had the best tacos!) The hotel staff was also helpful - from the moment we arrived to when we left I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Also - walkable to everywhere - I highly recommend walking up to Principe Real - what a beautiful neighborhood, alongside exploring the old city. It may be a little more $ but worth every dollar - especially starting your day out with the included breakfast!
