Newer extended stay facility which was busy at check-in with 1 staff member. Clean room, basic decor. Would stay again for the fee.

8/10 非常好

The rooms are clean, the staff is very helpful. The gym is small but effective and the Wi-Fi worked great. This hotel/ motel is very budget friendly and convenient to the highway and the city alike. No property is perfect not even the 5-star hotels. But I stayed here for a week without any issues except a few dirty towels which they replaced as soon as I brought it to their attention.

First off the address is wrong on the app. Second. We got there, but the elevator wasn’t working. Third, there were no towels. Got to do better !!!

As far as woodspring suites and low cost extended stays go, this property is at the top of the list. New building, very well maintained. Staff is very professional. Its in a corporate office park so that guest quality is leveled up.

The place was extremely clean. Nice location without a lot of traffic. Would suggest you take time to ask about checkout times. Especially if you have to leave before anyone comes on duty. Other than that it was an amazing stay.

Mrs. Molly, Front Desk Representative was very professional and very knowledgeable. My GPS defaulted and she guided me to their property.

Good location and decent price. The internet was free only for several hours I guess which was surprising. Also, the elevator was not working.

2/10 不太好

They do not answer the phone. The front desk closes at 10pm and does not open until 10am. The downstairs bathrooms are locked during these hours. The elevator was broken. The smell of pot was overwhelming. Friends of employees hanging out in lobby. No toilet paper in our bathroom. No soap or shampoo in our bathroom. Hairdryers are not available. If you want dishes for the kitchen you have to rent them. There was not a sheet on 1 of our beds. There were dead cockroaches in the hallway. There were wine bottles and beer cans in the stairwell. Just not a good experience.

I can’t even begin to describe how helpful Mali at the front desk was! There was a snafu with my checkin, on Hotels.com’s end, and Mail was a huge help!! She made arriving at midnight after a 16 hour drive easy as could be. Thanks Miss Mali!
