This is truly a first class place, like staying in a stately villa. Very spacious rooms, nice breakfast. Beautiful huge living area for all to enjoy; coffee, tea and fruit available all day in the breakfast room. Kris, the lovely young woman who prepares breakfast and services the rooms, is an absolute delight!

Outstanding hotel

We had a wonderful experience at this fabulous hotel. Staff was wonderful, and the management did everything possible to ensure an enjoyable stay. This hotel is a gem. Very comfortable and clean. Highly recommended.

Palazzo Porta Picta is a true gem of a hotel! We enjoyed a wonderful stay there! The hotel is beautifully appointed and is perfectly located in a central location in Bergamo Cite Alta! The rooms are spacious with lush bed and bath linens. The staff is very attentive and very accessible to answer any questions about the hotel or the area. The breakfast buffet was expansive and delicious! The hotel was kind enough to arrance transportation for us on our day of departure. I highly recommend Palazzo Porta Picta!

What a fantastic stay The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, clean and well stocked. All request are done my messaging, but I have never encountered such responses. Everything I asked and even more was answered in a Jiffy and to my full satisfaction . The location could not be better. One of my best stays ever( and I have had hundreds) Highly recommend this place.

Fantastiskt fint boende högst upp i gamla delen av Bergamo. Hjälpsam personal som snabbt svarade på alla frågor och gav oss den information vi behövde. Vi bokade en av två p-platser som fanns att hyra och fick då hjälp att få det tillstånd som behövdes för att få köra in i den gamla delen. God frukost, bra städning och väldigt fint rum. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

I had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, thoughtfully appointed, and remarkably quiet despite being in the heart of Città Alta and just a short walk from Bergamo’s major sights, restaurants, and cafés. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, offering excellent recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and how to make the most of my time in the city. A beautiful, comfortable place to stay in an unbeatable location.

Fantastisk hotell med hjemme koselig atmosfære. Vi bodde på 401 familiesuiten med masse plass, stor stue og veldig komfortabelt bad. God standard uten preg av slitasje. Meget sentralt i gamlebyen.
