New hotel in a redevelopment area. Depressing area with old businesses. Room had a faint smell of paint. Onsen was nice, bathroom was really small. Close to monorail station. I would not recommend this hotel for foreign tourists.

ホテル館内や部屋が新しく特に温泉が良く、綺麗に管理されていました。2階に電子レンジやコインランドリーなども充実していて長期宿泊も可能と思います。ただホテル専用駐車場が無いため隣接のコインパーキングの利用となりますが、近いところから早い段階で埋まるので注意が必要です（近隣には多くのコインパーキングがあります）。

全てが清潔で、温泉は女性目線の気配りが完璧でした。ドライヤーも4種類、シャンプートリートメントも何種類から選べる、コインランドリーもあるのに脱衣場に洗濯機があるのは助かる。朝食は新鮮で全部美味しかった、ご飯は釜炊きで美味しい、ケーキ類も美味しかった。あえて言うならと考えたけどこのお値段で宿泊出来るのはパーフェクトではないでしょうか？

高速道路沿いで外はうるさい環境ですが、少なくとも高速道路と反対側の部屋は驚くほど静かでした。 リーズナブルな価格なのに大浴場、サウナ、ジム、漫画コーナー、おしゃれな屋上もあり、とても満足度は高いです。 新しいホテルだけあって、全てが清潔でした。
