The accommodation was spot on for me, comfy bed, good shower, quiet and the kitchen facilities were perfect for me. Would definitely recommend and stay again when in the area

Excellent simple accommodation with shared bathroom. Extremely clean, warm and relatively quiet (for an old building). No notification of door key code as promised but staff resident so no issues with 21:00 check-in. Would definitely stay again.

Very disappointed with the hotel. Shared bathroom so make sure that you read carefully. Very strange people residing in the building, not safe especially during the evening. Parked the car in the middle of the night only to discover all these people staying in their cars with the engine on…exchanging who know what and chatting and smoking. Terrible smell of cigarettes in the room, the bedding was filthy and carpet also. Stay away if you can. I will definitely not get into this location again.

Spotlessly clean accommodation with a warm and efficient welcome. Shared facilities which again were perfectly clean. Secure entry system and plenty of off-street parking. Only slight issue was thin walls so could hear the next room on mobile phone but it didn't go on late and I had a good night's sleep.

Appears to be used as a hostel with men living there. Two young men managing the place were very, very polite & respectful. The owner is responsible for the facilities or lack of. Poorly decorated & basic. More a halfway house than hotel!! Not recommended for a lone female traveller.

Booked a room, no email 24hrs before with information. Turned up with the manager, who was luckily on site, not knowing a single thing about us arriving. Got put in a room not big enough for us. Owner claimed we hadnt booked the right room, which wasnt true. The manger was lovely and helpful but the owner wasnt. Room TV was smashed so couldnt be used. This is more like a hostel, bathrooms arent private but shared. Wouldn't recommend and definitely wont be returning. Not worth the money.

THIS HAS A SHARED BATHROOM this property has only shared bathrooms. There are no private bathroom attached to the rooms. And there is no lift in the property. The host (Trevor) is very nice, warm and greeting

Bargain Digs with A Host who cares

No frills accommodation but perfectly equipped for a short stay. Room share a bathroom on a 1:3 ratio approximately and this wasnt an issue for my stay. Host is lovely and very attentitive. These rooms suitable contractors or anyone looking for a solid base to visit the nearby area. Walking distance to local shop, pub and a few chinese takeaways. Area is quiet, bar the seagulls, but for me the rooms are perfect. Clean, tidy and everything you would need. Multiple improvements still ongoing in the venue, but these are all behind the scene and do not affect your stay. Nice large shared kitchen area to cook and eat your own meals.

Host is lovey. This is an old pub that’s being converted into various rooms on the top 2 floors. Bathrooms are not on-suite however their are adequate facilities to be shared amongst the rooms so this wasn’t an issue for me. Value for money is second to none. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious enough for 1-2 travellers. Downstairs their is a kitchen and eating area (multiple booths) so you can prepare and cook your own food. Not much to do in the area, with a pub nearby and some local convenience shops and takeaways around 5 minutes drive away. Perfect stop for any contractors working in the area, or anyone looking for a base whilst doing local walks and hiking. For what you pay per night it’s a bargain and the host is really trying to get things ready for the future when this will no doubt be a mainstay for visitors looking for affordable accommodation in the Leven area.

Despite such low price, my room is clean and spacious. Staff are freindly, helpful. There are two showers and tolits on my floor, never felt I had to wait. Downstairs there is a kitchen but a small one. Thr whole building is smell free.
