Very clean and nice room. Perfect walkable downtown location. Parking was available across the street but was not aware of additional $50 daily fee until after booking. Would still highly recommend and likely return.

The room was great although somewhat minimalist. Towels and linens were great. Fantastic location. Living room furniture wasn’t that comfortable. Biggest complaint was the shower. Not near enough flow and the shower head was pathetic.

For a boys trip it was nice to be within walking distance of everything downtown. Paying to park after paying for the room was a bit annoying, especially at $50 per day. We stayed 4 days and the towels were never replaced with fresh ones.

Simply put, awesome place for the weekend. Full kitchen and laundry. You’re basically in a 1 bedroom apartment. There are a couple grocery stores close by. The location is a block away from the shopping district. All in all, fantastic place to stay.

Parking is not included with the price for your stay. You have to pay for a lot across the street which is not guarded or secure. My car was vandalized in this lot and there are no CCTVs or anything to review the crime. The hotel only reimbursed the fee I paid for the lot after fighting for it via email.

Great place for 3-4 people or a small family. Very clean, great location - close to restaurants, coffee, the beach - and nice having laundry and a kitchen. Was able to bring my dog for a $55 fee, which was worth it. Only down side is parking, though there is an overnight garage a block down, $25/day. Would stay again!

Room and the location was great. Just one of the curtain could be longer to reach the ground. I had to put my luggage there to block out the view from the outside lol... The room itself was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I came back to Traverse City.

I really missed having a “real person” on the premises. We had a very, very difficult time checking in. Also, we didn’t expect to pay extra for parking. The hotel room provided all that we needed, but it was very “bare bones”. Everything was very white. Very modern? It was very clean.
