wonderful place to stay. rooms are spacious and well-designed. Maria our host was congenial and helpful. and best of all the rooftop terrace is vast, the view of the city and the sea stunning and the outdoor kitchen well-equipped. During our stay we had it all to ourselves and spent a lot of time up there. The sunsets!

This was an amazing property to stay at! The room was clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The rooftop was lovely and had spectacular views of the sea and city. It was the perfect space to have breakfast or watch the sunset. The hosts were wonderful! They were extremely helpful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here as it is also a short walk (and many stairs) to old town. We had a fantastic stay! I can’t say enough good things!

Väldigt fint lägenhets hotell kan man säga. 5 stjärnig rum plus att köket ligger på roof terrassen. Fina värdar men det ligger för långt fr. alla sevärdheter. Förbered er för Uber hela tiden.

Amazing place to stay in Dubrovnik! Short walk from Old Town (15-20 minutes), and worth it for the property. Spotless room with a spacious, modern bathroom and SUPER comfortable bed. The rooftop is a perfect space to hang out and enjoy the beautiful scenery and weather. Our host Marija is the sweetest lady who was so willing to help us with recommendations and accommodate to our travel schedule.

We were greeted by Marija and given a full tour of the beautiful property on arrival. The room was superbly decorated and immaculately clean and had all the amenities we needed. Although no kettle in the room the wonderful rooftop had this and other cooking facilities alongside an honesty bar full of soft and alcoholic drinks. Not to forget laundry facilities too. Marija as a host was so helpful and sent us a series of links to help with our stay in Dubrovnik. She even organised a taxi to the airport too. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again.

Bien que rapide, super séjour à Dubrovnik. Sur la carte, on pourrait croire que le logement est loin de old Town mais en fait, ça se fait très bien à pied ou en bus. J’ai très bien été accueilli et la chambre est vraiment top ! Je recommande

Foi ótimo. Donos atenciosos. As flores no pátio do imóvel trazem um ar bucólico. Vista linda do terraço. Tudo limpo e bem organizado. Minha esposa disse que nunca viu toalhas tão cheirosas. A hospedagem não fica dentro da cidade antiga, mas é muito fácil chegar lá caminhando (a descida ajuda na ida) e pegar um ônibus para subir a ladeira na volta. Não tem café da manhã, mas compramos mantimentos baratos num mercado que fica a uns 300 m.

Our host met us on arrival. He was very helpful at the end of the trip as we had ordered an uber to the airport but had many delays, he ended up ordering a cab for us and arrived within 10 minutes which was a bonus. The location is good as its walking distance to the beach and old town. Only downside is that its situated on top of a hill so expect to get your steps in. Its also a blessing in disguise as you'd be burning off all the wonderful food in Dubrovnik. The room was clean and housekeeping was consistent. Shared laundry facilities, kitchen space and beach towels provided which were all good. Very good host and nice building with beatiful views of the ocean horizon.

This was one of our favourite hotel stays ever! Marija was incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and spacious with an incredible view of the city from the rooftop. Location was perfect and about a 20 minute walk from the old town. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Dubrovnik. Thank you!
