Quirky character Inn. Very quiet. Perfect location in centre of town to access all shops, restaurants. No designated undercover secure car park but street parking seemed safe in peaceful country town. Need to be able to step up from the few car spaces out back. Inside rooms there were little height differences/steps between bathroom, kitchen and bedroom which could affect travellers unsteady on their feet. Was a space to store bags. Large clean bathroom.

Helpful staff who even collected us from a very very late train and saved us walking in the dark to our accommodation. The old world charm with modern convenience was a thrill. To be surrounded by carts and buggies outside added to the charm.👍

pick up and return to meet train most appreciated. Room yery old western style ,had everything I needed incl. a kitchenette .rooms spaceous and clean. TV. worked well. Central location to town centre.Well priced compared with some popular motels. Iwill stay there again

Boast about providing tea and coffee but no milk in fridge .mobile home donga style accomodation pictures somewhat misleading.no reception after 5pm and before 9am .wanted to fill in a guest registration but left no pen.

Staff member was nice! There was a pickup from the railway station except this sadly wasn’t communicated so we didn’t know about it. I also found many dead bugs in the bedspread which was concerning. Aircon worked well and was on when we arrived. Comfortable beds and cool room design. Wood had a strong odor of cow.

The decor is pretty cool, the fit out of the rooms captures times of yesteryear really well. Although there are plenty of lamps, It is quite dark in the room, and we had a lot of trouble with the door locks.
