Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi ve her saatte bizimle iletişime geçti. Havalimanından geliş ve gidiş için taksimizi ayarladı ve hiç sorun yaşamadan güvenli bir şekilde tatilimizi tamamladık. Evin konumu inanılmazdı, şehrin tam ortasındaydı her yere 3-5 dakikada gidebildik herkese tavsiye ederim bu harika deneyimi, otel olmadığı için önce bir tereddüt yaşadık ancak evin terası konumu herşeye değerdi

This was a beautiful property with all the comforts of ac, tea kettle, coffee maker, luxurious towels, and a washer/dryer on the 3rd floor (this provided so much help since the airport lost our main luggage).The room had a regular queen bed and sofa bed. I was impressed by the sofa bed’s size and high quality. The location was central to all the sites in Sevilla. Our host was attentive in his communication and kind. Highly recommend! I would love to return!

Lovely boutique little apartment with all the facilities you could want for a short stay. Right in the centre of the Santa Cruz area of Seville - five minutes from the Cathedral and Royal Palace with bars and tapas on your doorstep - with that in mind, please note it is not quiet. Great, quick and very helpful communication.

The location of this property in the heart of the historic district meant that it was a short walk to the highlights of the city, however, be aware that the apartment is located below a restaurant/bar and across from two others that are open late at night. This could be a positive feature if you enjoy late night dining or drinking but quite loud otherwise. Serenaders would break into song into the night. We rented the two storey (duplex) expecting an elevator as described. The elevator does not go to three of the units including ours. The internet was very sporadic and could not be relied on. Management was responsive to other issues and we were pleased that most were resolved.

Todo perfecto y muy bonito.

Quien ha reformado y amueblado estos apartamentos lo ha hecho con un gusto estupendo, en cada detalle. Son preciosos, muy funcionales para una estancia corta y no les falta de nada. Un agradecimiento especial a la señora que se ocupaba de preparar la habitación entre el check-out anterior y nuestro check-in, y al chico encargado del mantenimiento del ascensor: ambos se esforzaron espontáneamente para permitirnos dejar el equipaje y entrar al fresco, mientras esperábamos poder hablar con la chica muy amable que posteriormente nos dio toda la información sobre el apartamento… un gesto maravilloso teniendo en cuenta las temperaturas y que viajábamos con dos niños. ¡Recomiendo el apartamento al 100%!

Très bien situé mais quelques manques

Logement très bien situé, à proximité de nombreux lieux à visiter. Pas très grand mais il y a une terrasse agréable le soir ou tot le matin. Par contre il manquait des sacs poubelles, un décapsuleur, un tire-bouchon, une passoire. Cela a été signalé mais aucune réponse de la part de l'agence. Dommage car jusqu'à l'entrée dans le logement, la communication était simple et rapide.

The room was very clean. The location was excellent. We had a little issue getting in the room but mostly because we were exhausted from our travel. Once you figure out the doors you will be good to go. We stayed in the duplex room. It was tight for 4 people. My 21/23 year old daughters did say the pull out sofa bed was the most comfortable they have ever slept in but once it’s out as a bed the dining area is almost useless. The bathroom is up a very tight hallway. This room for 2 would be amazing. The upstairs sleeping area is comfortable but you have to charge your phone across the room if you want to use the outlet for the lamp. It’s a very busy area. Again amazing location but be prepared for loud late nite and loud mornings. They apparently take out the trash and bottles at around 9am and the late night crowds and street performers feel it’s fine to sing and dance around 11pm. Sometimes later. The shops and restaurants in the area make for a great stroll and the location to the Alcazar and Cathedral are minutes away. The room was very clean and the bathroom shower was probably one of the best showers ever. Hopefully this review will help some people. Overall price was great location was great. Would definitely stay again. Was a fabulous location once you figure out the ways in and out of the area and get past how tight it was in the room.

Şifreyle giriş sistemi bir kapıda çalışıyor ötekisinde çalışmıyordu. Klimaların bir kumandası çalışıyor örekisi çalışmıyordu. Oda dar olduğu için çocukların uyuyacağı yatağı açmamışlardı yardım istemek için odada bulunan ‘herhangi bir durumda bizimle iletişime geçin’ dedikleri numaradan kesinlikle iletişime geçemedik. Her yazdığım cümleden sonra otomatik mesajla dönüldü çok sinir bozucuydu. Uygulama üzerinden iletişim kurabildik ancak ama zaten her işimizi kendi başımıza çözmüştük.

Looks just like the pictures but smaller than you think. Our first stay that actually had a cutting board! Pullout sofa was comfortable enough, AC worked in both rooms but ceiling fan only in bedroom. Perfect location, washer upstairs on roof terrace (no view). Very accommodating staff who helped secure Flamenco tickets.
