Suite we had was perfect. Worth having balcony for wine under the star as listen to Rome around you. Breakfast included at restaurant was lovely. We're in the heart of it all with easy walks to Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain.

Very impressed on the standard of accommodation; decorated to a very high standard and the bed and sofa bed were comfortable with memory foam mattresses. Air con is available and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our complimentary breakfast across the street in the cafe restaurant. The location was amazing, so close to everything and only a few minutes from the metro as well, most things in walking distance and if you want to shop, there are loads of options nearby. My only small complaint would be that the photos in the website include a balcony but not all rooms have one. Would have been a nice addition to our room.

Ótima localização e limpeza! Contudo não há recepção ou serviço de quarto, atendimento insatisfatório principalmente em razão da desorganização do café da manhã no qual tivemos um aborrecimento com a garçonete que queria cobrar o café da manhã já incluso porque não avisamos com antecedência que estávamos hospedados do hotel (o café da manhã não é servido no hotel e sim em uma lanchonete próxima). Não há variedade no café da manhã a não ser que os hóspedes escolham pagar por fora. Os quartos são novos mas muito pequenos.

Wonderful trip thanks to the great staff and service. The American breakfast supplied by the restaurant next door was big. Lunch and dinner was also great. Coffee and cappuccino delicious. Booked taxi for us to the airport. Our Hostess Sarena recommended best places for ice cream and quick pizza shops.
