I have no complaints about the apartment except the communication with the host.
When you contact the host on hotels.com website you’re re-directed to Theo Apartments e-mail address, where your e-mails remain unanswered.
There is a phone number listed, NOT indicated as WhatsApp number so calling from USA is an expensive option.
This leads to unnecessary frustration and traveler anxiety over not being able to access the rental.
More transparency is needed and clearer instructions as to the check in process. Not everybody is familiar with the system so don’t leave paying customers in the dark
