Love this place
My family of 6 (My husband and I, 2 kids, and my parents) enjoyed so much the stay in this hotel in Venice. It is spacious, with 2 bathrooms, and the living room gave us a good area for the old and the young to play and chat together. We included breakfast in the booking, and so the kitchen was equipped with lots of food (fruits, yogurt, milk, cereals, bread, etc.) for us to enjoy every morning. The location is also very good. It's just 5-min walk from the famous Rialto bridge.

離Rialto站很近,步行5分就可以到達,鬧中取靜,吃跟買都非常方便!!!有洗衣機也附上洗衣粉,有洗碗機也還是另外附上洗碗精,不僅爐具餐具很齊全,連橄欖油,醋,鹽基本的調味料廚房裡都有,每天準備的早餐都很豐盛,還有Nespresso咖啡機跟膠囊給你喝!整個公寓的大小很舒適,真的是物超所值的住宿!超推薦,下次來還是會選擇這裡~

Good Stay in Italy
Very nice stay, we are satisfied with this unknow hotel, but only one thing is no cleaning room service before we check in or when we booked ths hotel. The other thing is WI-FI service is very bad, it may let us to enjoy holiday but no Wifi work.

Good value in a great location in Venice
Great value for money in an excellent location. Our two bedroom apartment was spacious, quiet, and we loved the black-out shutters. Negatives were the mosquitoes (we were surprised to see them in November; it was so cold!) and there were no mosquito screens so we were all bitten if we wanted any air flow. It was also a hike to the top floor which was fine for us traveling only with carryons but we wouldn’t have wanted to drag large luggage up there. Also if you plan to take a private water taxi, there is a place for one to stop right at the door. We took one from the train station and the driver dropped us somewhere else and told us to walk. The hotel suggested a private taxi as a way to reach them and when we told them we had to walk they said it was probably high tide so the taxi couldn’t make it to their door. We checked the tides and it was low. We should have just caught a water bus for a fraction of the price. But that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Nice apartment
Nice apartment. Clean and comfortable. If you use the washer and dryer, be prepared to have time for the wash cycle to run (over 2 hours). Also, the dryer doesn't get very warm so it can take a very long time for clothes to dry. The apartment was otherwise very nice.

Stayed for 2 nights while visiting Venice for the first time. Excellent location, easy to get to. Very central. Easy to walk throughout the city. Clear instructions provided for check-in and check-out. The place is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Helpful to have whatsapp communication as well for any updates/questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Love being welcomed by the property manager/owner. She gave us a tour of the property upon arrival along with valuable tips regarding the area. Loved the location. We stayed on the third floor. It was an amazing apartment. The rooms and the living room area were spacious and very cleaned. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances. Breakfast snacks were provided daily. An expresso machine was provided as well with expresso shots. We were in La-la land! The coffee was the best we’ve tasted in a while. With a family of 5 (three teenagers), I wish there were two bathrooms, but than again, that would be asking a lot.

The property is a must book. Extremely clean, very modern, and spacious. Located in the less busy area of San Marco but so conveniently located from everything being reached 2-5mins walking distance. Private taxi can drop you off at the dock in front of the property and pick you up and take you anywhere. Absolutely a must book!!!
