Third time I have stayed here - always very good. Good rooms with self catering option - on a level with a good premier inn. The included breakfast makes it good value considering it’s an extra at most hotels these days. Good location in central Middlesbrough, handy for the train station and Riverside stadium etc.

Very clean rooms and well furnished. Excellent shower and fresh towels. Breakfast is good but haven't tried the evening meals as we like to cook in the room. Staff are very welcoming and I can't fault the place. Only gripe is the £5 a night for parking!

Parking you have to pay extra for. A king room with sofa bed will mean you get the quieter top floor. Great for business travel. Can make own meals or grab a beer and something to eat downstairs.

Lovely room. Very modern and clean. Perfect location next to station. Only negative was the heat in the room. A fan was provided which helped a little but it was still very warm in the room. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Would stay here again, just maybe not in a heatwave!

Great stay and apartments, but stunk of smoke.. Staff were absolutely amazing. Breakfast staff 10/10 and couldn't be more helpful. Shame about the smoke, but it was quite bad and worse after showering. Person before must have been smoking and blowing into bathroom vent.

아침식사는 여느 영국 호텔과 마찬가지 음식(베이컨, 소세지, 스크램블 등등)은 무난했으며, 름 컨디션은 아주 좋았습니다. 아파트형(비즈니스호텔)이라 주방과 식기세척기 및 쿡탑 전자레인지가 있어 머무는 21일 동안 저녁 식사는 너무 만족했습니다. 후라이펜, 냄비 또한 상태가 너무 좋았습니다. 다만, 욕실 세면대가 작아서 면도, 세수하기에 좀 불편함이 있었으나 샤워부스의 수압이나 온수는 잘 나왔습니다

The staff were fantastic. They really look after you and make sure everything is great during your stay. Special mentions to Sarah and Nicola for their excellent customer service ❤️ (Sarah's nails are amazing and she pours a perfect pint!) Also, the young lady on duty on my last morning (Millie?) has the BEST playlist. The entire place is very new with nice clean decor. The only negative is no air conditioning in the room...which normally isn't necessary up north! However with the heatwaves we've been having, it might be worth looking at.

I stayed for three days. A fantastic, clean, pleasant place with a spacious, comfortable room and excellent value for money. Every member of staff I met was fantastic - incredibly helpful and very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.
