2/10 不太好

Due to me getting a smoking room my room was nasty I had burn holes all over the sheets and the sheets were super dirty. When I ask can I get new sheet the cleaning lady kept saying they can’t give new sheets because they already cleaned the room and due to it being a smoking room the sheets had to stay in the room and the top of the stove looked super burnt out very nasty. So I asked for a new room or a refund so they gave me another room which wasn’t as bad as the first one 😬😵‍💫

Clean, well maintained, helpful staff, shopping and restaurants nearby, convenient to major highways, reasonably priced. Kitchenettes are a real plus.

AWSOME PLACE TO STAY AND VERY AFFORDABLE NOT NOISE JUST GREAT

2/10 不太好

Although in a decent area, this motel was unclean and unsafe. Imagine being on skid row! The rooms were tiny with a small sink & refrigerator, not at all the typical extended stay setup. The cable was off, so no tv and the internet (wi-fi) was out with no estimate on when it would be available. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Decent air conditioning. The bathroom and dishes could've been cleaner but thankfully I brought my own stuff. The staff was okay but initially approached me in a sort of rude way because of my vehicle...

The room was dirty and dingy . The staff was rude . I left and checked out early didn’t even stay 24hrs I was checked in for 4-5 hrs and was never in the room . I honestly want a refund and have been trying to get in contact with Expedia and the motel that was advertised as a hotel . I was highly upset with the motel

I arrived to this location to find that my reservation had been cancelled and I had no knowledge of it prior to. I traveled over 6 hours to not have a room and had to relocate to another hotel. Staff stated they had a leak and to cancel several rooms and no one from Expedia or Suburban contacted me to let me know before hand.

Pictures are very misleading, property is not well maintained at all, the smell of urine is everywhere, so much so that you don’t really need an alarm, as soon as that sun hits the pavement all that urine smell will be sucked in by ac and wake you up 😊
