The hotel is new and in a decent location close to a variety of stores and restaurants. The hotel has a small but feasible 24 hour gym.

Place was ok. It was nice to have a small kitchen available but the walls were so thin you could hear the neighbors every little move. We could hear the next door neighbors all night until 3 am and our other neighbors making breakfast at 7:00 am so not very sound proof. The bed was pretty uncomfortable but it was a nice clean place overall.

Brand new hotel so it’s clean and convenient, but the automated blinds in the accesible room were broken so that was not very convenient at all.

The hotel was really clean & it smelled sooo good. The room was clean and pretty big. We loved the grill downstairs and the grilling tools they provided. Would definitely book there again. The staff was so nice I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Really nice property, for price I would expect breakfast outside of the grab and go and more comfortable beds. Very stiff whole party woke up with not great sleep due to inability to get comfortable. Still if that’s not an issue for you the rest of the facility is new and updated. Good location

Excellent location. Ample parking. Room was clean. Hallway spaces could have been kept up better, but the value is fantastic for the space and amenities.

Overall had a decent stay for the value. The room setup with kitchenette was ideal for us. Staff were nice and helpful. Location is close to the airport and Downtown Portsmouth. Walmart is located conveniently across the street. The cleanliness of the room needs improvement. The bathroom had a terrible smell and it seems it was coming from the dingy shower curtain. There was still human hair and some dirt on the floors. Couch had some pet fur on it and a stain. But the worst part was the extremely noticeable sound from other guests in neighboring rooms all around, especially from the floor above. The stomping is so loud because the hotel is probably made from all wood. Walls are super thin you could hear people walking by and the elevator opening/closing.

We were very happy with our stay. Liked the amenities and the room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that our shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it. We asked for it to be replaced and they immediately complied. I would still return to the hotel. It was especially nice to stay there with our dogs.

Hôtel très bien entretenu. Personnel serviable pour la plupart. La chambre était propre mais le plancher assez sal et nous a avons trouvé des objets de d’autres voyageurs dans le divan. Service de changement de serviette
