Nice hotel in the historical part of the city, close to all amenities and popular siteseeing. The room was clean, the hotel staff very helpful. We were very happy staying there.

6/10 不錯哦

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was great, close to many restaurants and the train station. The room was okay, although during the last few hours of our stay, we experienced heavy rain and water kept coming in through the balcony door. Overall, the hotel was good value for money, and considering the affordable price, it was a decent place to stay.

My stay at The Bail Hotel Istanbul was truly outstanding. The hotel staff were extremely cooperative and went above and beyond to assist us at every step. They helped arrange our cruise and airport transfers, securing excellent prices and ensuring everything went smoothly. Their guidance throughout our stay was invaluable-always ready to answer questions and provide recommendations. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and the room cleaning service was excellent. Every detail was taken care of, making our stay comfortable and worry-free. I highly recommend The Bail Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul for a seamless and pleasant experience.

2/10 不太好
