The room was clean meaning no trash on floor bed were made . The bathroom was cleaned except the bathroom trash can still had trash in it from the previous guest soap paper , shampoo bottle stuff from the hotel bathroom. When attempting to get ready for the wedding that I was there to attend a roach came running out on to the bathroom sink yuck we killed it ,also there was a bunch of nets flying around.Then when we was going to bed one of the bed lining had some skin on the sheets . We slept in our Robes no blanket for me.The overall condition of the hotel is poor definitely need renovations I will never return.

The room was very clean! But there was no coffee at breakfast. When I asked a staff member to refill the coffee, he said yes, and went back to the kitchen. I saw him through the little kitchen window scrolling on his phone, and five minutes later he came out and said they had no more coffee.

Check in took forever then we were assigned a room someone was already in .We had to go back down get another room after driving and being at the ball diamonds all day. Kids and adults were running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors till 1:15am didn't get no sleep horrible experience.

This is definitely a Sleep and leave hotel. It was confusing to find since none of the names on the building matched the booking. The room was updated, but definitely could have been cleaner. Part of the hotel looks like it is being remodeled, so hopefully thats the plan for the rest of of the building. It is definitely needed.

The hotel is undergoing renovations and I think a change of ownership. The sign still says it’s a Clarion but it’s advertised as Lansing Delta West. The room was a bit shabby but clean, comfortable and spacious. I could hear guests on both sides through the walls and they were not being overly noisy. The grounds, sidewalks and common areas are currently in poor condition which I assume will be taken care of as renovations continue. There is a large indoor pool and patio area that looks like it would be fun for families. The breakfast is adequate but not impressive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s not the most impressive hotel at the moment but I did enjoy my stay and the price was right.

This place is amazing. Yes, the parking lot in the back by where I enter for my room was a little bumpy but other than that it’s a 10 out of 10 the staff is amazing. It was my first time ever booking a hotel. I didn’t know this place you needed to be 21 but they made an exception for us, which was amazing because we drove two hours there.
