This was the perfect little place for our stay while in Port A! Very nice and comfortable place. The a/c worked great. The bed was super comfortable. Condo was nicely decorated and super clean! Also having 2 spots for parking was great because we did get a golf cart! The couch bed definitely needs new mattress. We bought an egg crate topper and that helped a little, lol! We made it work. Great vacation.

Clean rooms and bathrooms, cold AC, and convenient location. Fold out couch was uncomfortable. We like to bring food and cook, but there wasn’t many eating utensils. The pool was a little dirty and the dumpster smelled with piled up trash. Other than that, it was great!

Property was good location to beach with golf cart. This unit was right next to the pool. Good 2/2 layout with nice furnishings. This unit needs maintenance to several areas in second bedroom and master shower. Pool was very warm with lots of sand so we didn't use. Also several area need to be cleaned of built up dust and hair. Pictures taken.

The place was in a decent location. The rental size was good. My biggest complaint is that the unit was not very clean. There were half empty beer bottles on the deck and food crumbs on the table and dishes that were set out. It made me feel like they don’t clean the rentals very well between guest. When you message them they don’t reply very quickly.

I have zero complaints about this beautiful property. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and generously stocked with all amenities needed. Check in literally felt like I was coming home instead of checking into a room. I received the door code with instructions well in advance and it was simple to get in and out. I do have a couple of tips though. I was unexpectedly traveling alone. Being a woman traveling alone there are things you notice that you may not notice traveling with companions. First tip I can offer is if you are checking in or out after sundown, keep your cell phone out so that you can use the flashlight to light the lock keypad since the background is not lighted and the parking lot is pitch black with no lights whatsoever. No worries though because parking is directly in front of or just a few steps from the door. Next tip, guests are asked to dispose of their own trash. If leaving after dark, drive to the dumpster and focus your headlights on the dumpster for light. When I pulled up a HUGE raccoon jumped out of the dumpster. Startled the heck out of me. It stood there watching me after it ran a little distance but the headlights let it know that I was coming and caused it to run before I even got out of the car. Next, don’t count on Doordash. I opened the app at 5 pm and nothing was available. I had to go out. Last tip, bring an ironing board. There was an iron, but no board. I will be booking here again!
