Our room and the rest of the hotel was very well maintained and modern. We loved all the extra amenities like a large selection of breakfast food (including hot items) at the complimentary breakfast. We also LOVED the free coffee bar with tea and hot chocolate too. The coffee was ground right there and SO good. The staff was so nice and room was very comfortable.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The things that stood out to me were: the water pressure was non existent. There were brown streaks on the wall by the toilet and sink. You needed to become a club member in order to have wifi or later check out. Both of these should just be complimentary. The towels were very thin. The breakfast was good. The lights in the parking lot were not on in the evening but on during the day. I would stay here again if I absolutely had no other choice.

This hotel, has ample parking for a truck and trailer. Extremely clean rooms, comfortable beds, and easy to assess. Having a picky toddler can be difficult, but they have so many options for breakfast!

My hope from any hotel is a good night’s sleep and a hot shower to start the next day, both were miss. The shower was kid friendly “wash your hands”temperature, so no wasting time in there. The room is safely monitored by the smoke alarm which announced its working order every 6 seconds by washing the whole room in a green LED glow. It felt like sleeping next to a lighthouse every time my eyes wandered away from the smothering pillow over my face. I realize that the alarm is likely Muncie Fire code, but maybe there’s a place in the middle that provides visible safety while avoiding the slow strobe light effect. The people were great, the breakfast was ample, and the facility was clean, but rest and rejuvenation eluded me this weekend. Room 324.

The ventilation system is atrocious. Shortly after we checked in, we noticed a strong marijuana smell coming from the bathroom vent. We requested to be moved immediately and were accommodated. However, during our second day there, we had the same issue and management ended up coming to our room with Febreeze to neutralize the smell. Our third day we had a strong tobacco smoke smell come through the vents. Unfortunately, the kitchen was also unable to provide enough pastries and yogurt to feed the guests for breakfast. The staff was extremely friendly, though, and was the reason we did not seek accommodations elsewhere.

I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked this hotel (I am a lifelong Marriott person)! I believe it’s a newer hotel & very clean. Our room was spacious. The staff was so nice!!! I had 2 separate reservations for 2 consecutive nights & was afraid it would be a hassle to stay in the same room, but it was seamless!
