This place was amazing, we had such a great stay while we visited North Wales for a hiking trip. Food was really nice and a great choice of food. Staff can't do enough for you and are very attentive for all your needs. To finish it off we used the Spa to have a lazy day before travelling home, this was really good as well, my wife had a treatment and said it was the best she has ever had. If there was one thing I could fault, this was the beds were too hard for our liking, but know this is just personal preference and didn't spoil our trip. When back in the area, this will be the place we will be booking to stay, maybe will take a memory foam mattress topper with us to sleep better lol.

Parking is plentiful and safe, the staff are helpful, pleasant and professional. Room was clean modern and comfortable. Not a lot around such as shops but beautiful scenery. The hotel has a great bar and restaurant .

Parking was limited, we arrived with another 3 cars and there was only just enough space for us on Saturday at 5pm. By the time I went out later that evening the disabled bays were full of people with no blue badges so anyone needing these spaces would be unable to park near the front. The hotel lobby was excellent with lots of places to sit and relax, a bar and restaurant was the other side and a small shop available for snacks and toiletries. There isn't anything nearby that I could see so the restaurant was your only option unless you wanted to drive. We were told it was fully booked at 5:30pm when we wanted to eat but were able to order the same food at the bar and sit on some high tables. The food was superb - we all had the fish and chips which went down very well. Room was very clean and modern, with a SMEG fridge and kettle. Shower gel and shampoo was provided.

We had a wonderful stay at IXORA. The location is perfect, right next to the lagoon and hills, offering beautiful views. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We spent some time in the hotel spa, it was incredibly relaxing and definitely worth the fee. As dog owners, we really appreciated the pet-friendly atmosphere and the outdoor garden, which was perfect for short morning walks. The staff were all very friendly. The only minor suggestion for improvement would be the addition of a drinking water refill station for guests. Overall, highly recommended!

Our room was spotless, had everything we needed for our stay, bed was so comfy slept like babies. Views great. Staff all very helpful breakfast great choices. We booked a table for evening meal. Faultless and good value. Little shop by the lifts great for snacking after being to the spa

The hotel staff were fantastic. They made our stay. The food and drink were lovely. Only criticism was the sausage at breakfast seemed very cheap. The location is brilliant. I’ll definitely return. Room was good but it lacked bathrobes. These are needed when you have a bath in the room. Even rang down to see if they had been forgotten but was told they weren’t available. Other rooms I’ve stayed in like this have provided them. There was also some paint coming off the ceiling in two or three places. There was think dust in the air vent above the toilet.

Booked one night for spa break spa fully booked with people on day packages and local people we walked past and people crammed in like sardines did not look enjoyable at all !! the price of spa should be included in room rate so the paying staying guests who have travelled get to use spa and it’s not crammed and overbooked complete waste of time a lot young people lots of drugs being smoked in rooms the snell was disgusting fire alarms went off ruining our stay even more ! Called reception to complain he said they had several complaints on the drugs the wave machine broken so nothing much to see or do no pubs or restaurants on walking distance for 20 minutes drive away, evening meal was lovely breakfast was awful cheap bacon and sausage will not returm
