Everyone was excellent and we enjoyed our stay and location. A little noise at night but didn’t bother us as room well soundproofed from it. Bed a little uncomfortable but for the money absolutely excellent. Francesco was excellent meeting us early to drop off bags and as our room was ready let us have the keys and check us in. Thank you. Will definitely be back.

Perfect place to stay while exploring Pisa ! The staff were so lovely & when they found out it was my wife's birthday they left us a lovely treat. Breakfast was downstairs in the cafe & was great. You can have a sandwich & a pastry & a coffee & a juice/water. Also there is free coffee & water in the lobby area. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Only small thing to think about was the stairs for luggage or older folks.

Beautiful place, we really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect location in Pisa. The only hassle was luggage and the steep stairs as well as not being able to park car to unload luggsge outside hotel.

What a lovely place to stay for the evening, the apartment was beautifully presented and immaculately clean. Close to restaurants and short walk to the tower of Pisa, perfect for what we wanted on a short stay. Would highly recommend

Immaculate. Brand new remodeled 600 year old building. Nice convenient location. Free coffee, sparkling water, even hard liquor provided all the time. Our only concern was the noise from people who stuck around though 4 am on weekends right below our window, Bring ear plugs.

Awesome place, in the centre of everything and close to everything. Real chilled out vibe and amazing breakfast and their staff extremely helpful when u lose your key! Pisa what can I say, chill, loads of easy going people, great food (Steak Fiorentina) 11/10, superb casa de vino everywhere, history and cheap! Well worth visiting!

We spent 2 nights here and it was located in the middle of Pisa, close to everything. The room was great and fitted our needs perfectly.

The hotel was awesome. The fact that there’s only 3 rooms makes the experience somewhat unique. The front desk isn’t usually attended, so you communicate via chat, which was super convenient and smooth. The room was great, with lots of space and lots of free drinks. You are in the center of everything, so the location is perfect.
