Comfortable stay, rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean and overall feeling was luxurious - pillows were not that comfortable tho. Super convenient location. The spa was a nice touch. There’s no housekeeping services (but fresh towels and bottles of water are provided every day and the trash is taken out for you) and there’s no security so if that’s an issue for you be mindful

We had an incredible 16-night stay at UH Suites COEX and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I stayed here with my daughter while I underwent surgery in Seoul and from the moment we arrived until the day we left the staff made us feel genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to Anna and Taylor who went above and beyond every day. Whether it was helping organise reservations, arranging pickups, answering our endless questions or simply checking in to make sure we were okay, nothing was ever too much trouble. They even made a point of being there to say goodbye before we left which was so thoughtful touch after such a long stay. The location was perfect for my surgery incredibly convenient and the rooms are every bit as beautiful as they look in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and the entire suite was spotless and welcoming. My only tiny personal preference would be blankets rather than sheets, as we’re very light sleepers and found the sheets a little noisy when moving around at night but that’s purely our preference and in no way takes away from what was an exceptional stay. They also offer one bag of free daily laundry what a bonus! and given the heat we definitely took advantage! We are so grateful for everything the team did for us and will absolutely be staying here again on our next visit to Seoul. Thank you for looking after us like family ❤️🤗
