I wish it had a microwave and trashbags in the garbage cans but it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The man working the breakfast bar was amazing!! I think his name was mr philppy ?? He was very attentive to guests and seemed to care about his job, great attitude!

We stayed the previous two nights in a Tru by Hilton in Knoxville and it was far better. Complimentary bottled water and cookies 24 hours a day and seemed to be maintained better. We had to switch rooms right away because the shower had no hot water and the toilet seat had a broken hinge.

Staff was friendly, they were accommodating with me checking in early and the room was beautiful. Despite it being forth of July , fireworks were minimal and they had a noise ordinance in the hotel . It was a great stay

Best hotel I’ve stayed in. Rooms were clean and new. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Great location close to Nashville without being in the hustle bustle of the city. Would 100% stay here again.

Honestly super in love with TRU by Hilton, I’ve stayed in a few TRU hotels and they where all clean and has friendly staff, for now on, I and my family will loyal to this brand of hotels super consistent when it comes to beds and cleanliness!
