Razoável

No primeiro dia, o ar condicionado do nosso quarto não estava funcionando, informamos na recepção e nos trocaram de quarto. Porém, nos colocaram em um quarto inferior ao que contratamos. Neste quarto tinha até uma pia externa que lançava a água em um ralo aparente, fato que além de feio exalava um mal cheiro. Ainda sobre o quarto, o banheiro tinha porta de blindex, e com isso entrava luz do corredor, bem como barulhos. Fomos reclamar, e nos oferecem um quarto quádruplo e, aparentemente, pior do que o primeiro. Ao final, ofereceram para voltarmos ao que contratamos no dia seguinte após o conserto do ar, o qual concordamos. Escolhemos esse hotel por ser da rede Ramada mas nos decepcionamos. Café da manhã bom.

Foi maravilhosa, um ótimo atendimento. Todos muito simpáticos, educados e atenciosos, café da manhã muito bom. Apenas um ponto negativo? Fechei a estadia on o jantar incluso, porem muito ruim, sempre a mesma opção, sem opções, como sugestão poderiam fazer noites temáticas, e abrir mais opções.

Quarto ruim e cheio banheiro desagradável

Minha estadia não foi muito boa . O quarto com mofo e bolor e ainda o banheiro com cheiro horrível de esgoto, deveriam fazer umas reformas para melhorar a estadia das pessoas . Ficamos muitos dias e não foi agradável. Café da manhã razoável, o que mais gostei foi da tapioca todos os dias. Além disso não existe isolamento do quarto pois escutei pessoas conversando dos lados e acima do apartamento pessoas arrastando móveis até de madrugada, isso porque adquiri o quarto superior que de superior não via nada.

Hotel com muitos pontos negativos.

O apartamento tinha um forte cheiro de mofo, causado pela infiltração de telhas quebradas na entrada da unidade na varanda. Café da manhã bem mediano, tendo como ponto positivo a tapioca feita na hora. Teias de aranha no teto do restaurante. Fiquei hospedado na 1a torre (em cima do restaurante) e as escadas dão a impressão de que tem degrau desnivelado (torto). Sinceramente, esperava mais de um hotel Ramada by Wyndham, pois a experiência foi bem abaixo da esperada para uma rede de grande porte. Jantar a parte oferecido pelo hotel de R$69,90 (buffet), mas com uma variedade e qualidade fraca. O hotel põe fotos de que tem uma barraca de apoio na praia, mas está fechada há muito tempo (na realidade, com sinais de abandono). A experiência foi tão a desejar que me faz refletir procuraria um outro hotel da rede Ramada para me hospedar, já que o padrão mínimo de qualidade da rede não é mais oferecido.
