I had an unbelievable stay at Hotel Katerina. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team was warm and welcoming, and check-in was quick and seamless. The amenities really stood out, the steam room, sauna, and small gym were perfect, especially after spending time at the nearby Sierra Nevada Brewery. It was a great way to unwind after a long day. My room was spotless, and the bathroom was exceptional, clean, modern, and well-designed. I also have to mention the breakfast burrito, which was outstanding. The location is ideal, the hotel is brand new, and the staff was consistently kind and courteous throughout my stay. Whenever I’m in Chico, this will be my go-to spot. Highly recommend for both couples and business travelers.

It is a very nice new hotel. love the walk in shower and large bathroom. Bathrobes were a plus and so nice. The balcony is not a balcony, it should state standing room only, but nice to open the sliding glass door. The padded bench seat in the room is very uncomfortable and the room need a better seating arrangement, another comfortable chair. The bed was nice and housekeeping needs to pay attention to what needs to be restocked.

A very nice hotel, we had a king room with a balcony, I would not call a balcony. Standing room only, but nice to be able to open the slider. The seating in the room was not comfortable or useful, a padded bench seat is not a couch. Loved the big bathroom with walk in shower, but needed a few more hooks for robes and towels. Loved the bathrobes. Restaurant and the food and all the grounds were great, so was the staff. Loved the rooftop lounge!!

All the pillows were damped and smelled like some fragrance. Checked in so late and had to get up early so I didn’t change rooms. Would not recommend. They gave me the worst room in the hotel.

Room was clean. Issue is we were given a Handicap Room. We were unaware until we took showers. The water floods the room when the shower is on. Weird set up room for TV watching. Not convenient for women. Hardly any mirrors. WORST FOOD very expensive. Staff was very nice and friendly.

I can't say enough about my stay at the Hotel Katerina. I forgot i was in Chico staying there! All luxurious amenities were thought about when creating this hotel. From the rooftop bar, restaurant and lobby to the soft his and hers robes, in room bar and filtered drop coffee maker, and the comfortable bedding. Thank you so much for making our short stay worth the trip!
