공항셔틀이 아주 편리했었으며..항공편 시간에 맞게 늦은 체크아웃을 무료로 오후 3시로 연장 해주어서 너무 편리했습니다. 호텔 내장은 깔끔하고 객실도 넓은 편입니다. 만족합니다 강추합니다

Lovely small hotel near the airport. Free pick up and drop off to the airport operates very efficiently. Excellent communications from start to finish and the reception staff goes out of their way to help and support. Also I got the room at 5 am on arrival at the property - never had that privilege anywhere in the world. Only to be aware that you have to climb a flight of stairs to your room with your luggage ( you can leave heavy luggage for storage in ground floor if you don’t need it). Lovely clean room.

the hotel was ok , the pickup was ok. the budget was ok , but the atmosphere in the hotel was not so local Chinese experience, all guests were from Africa and they were all hanging out in the lobby sitting and smoking cigarettes all day and night looking around, a strange atmosphere. i left next morning, not my choice next time, too far from the centre. But for a late night arrival at the airport this seems to be a logical choice for a short night booking.

The room was modern, spacious and spotless. Free airport shuttle is a plus and convenient. The price is very reasonable considering the room type and condition, free breakfast, free laundry, and free airport shuttle. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of hot items and Chinese dishes. The staff are very helpful and courteous. They helped me order the food delivered to my room. I don’t know how to use the Chinese app for food delivery. The staff happily helped me. I want to specifically thank the lady owner. My husband was sick with a cold. He wanted to eat steam fish with porridge. She helped me order the fish over the phone and picked it up for me as well. I can’t speak Chinese so that was a big help. She even asked the hotel cook to bring a pot of porridge and a dish of green vegetables delivered to our room without any charges for the food. That was very considerate of her. I sincerely appreciate her kindness . I will give a ten stars review if I could. I have never experienced such a kind treatment as a customer. Truly outstanding!

First of all when we entered the room, we found that the windows were left open which led to mosquitoes all over the room. The room was very dirty with a strong smell of cigarettes. When we brought it to their attention, we were told that all the rooms were smoking rooms ( which is not specified on Expedia). The Wi-Fi is extremely slow. The AC is so outdated. There is no fridge nor microwave available. So disappointed that we had to find an alternative hotel cleaner than this place right away. Especially if you are traveling with Kids, this place is not the place to stay.
