Great location, close to cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, convenience store downstairs, convenient walking area towards shopping and parks . The entrance is difficult to spot but otherwise very clean and maintained. Front staff is very helpful. No air conditioning in the room, electrical fan was supplied in the room. Complete with a washer/dryer and full kitchen.

Good location. A little loud apartment complex. The 5th flr was hot, no screens on windows, needs more than one small fan. Upside: Large space. Hot water. Wash&dry unit

Had poor communication on getting the door code. The washer was a combination with a dryer. No instructions in English. Luckily it was a Samsung machine and I was able to connect to it using the smart things app to operate it. The kitchen was adequate. The issue I had was that the water heater was gas and vented into the utility closet. So when ever you used hot water you had to have the exhaust fan in the closet so the carbon monoxide alarm didn't go off. This is by the instructions on check in. The instructions sheet was less than a half a sheet of paper in 2 languages. Nothing about what to do with the trash. Luckily we met a family in the elevator that spoke English and they explained about the trash. I don't think we would stay there again. Location was ok. It did have a Wong grocery close by. That is a pretty good store. There is a little 24 hour convenience store next door.
