Do not stay here! When we booked this hotel it looked great and no Information that this was an apartment with shared kitchen. We tried to contact the hotels before chekin in hotels.com messages but did not received any feedback. Some days before checkin we finally managed to contact them through whatsapp and we agreed early chekin around 12:00. When arriving at 12:00 at chekin date we did not find the hotel and we did not manage to contact then on whats app. When they finally answer we did pay early chekin fee and was given instruction How to check in. When open the keybox it was no key inside. Then they say cleaning was not done and we had to wait. After some time cleaning was coming and we did check in about 14:30 but hotell staff did not want to refund early cheking fee, only 50 % of it. In middle of the night we was woken up by other people entering the apartment that we though was a hotel.. When taking shower next day they shower was leaking and the shower door was loose. We informed this to the hotell staff and they told us that this is our fault. Anyway what we wrote they still told us this was our fault and they informed that they would not refund 50 % early check in because of this. With all this we did not feel safe in this place and desided to book another hotel so we could have a safe stay in Rome the last days. So please do not stay in this «hotel»
