For the budget, spacious, clean, great air con as it was a hot week. Staff I encountered were friendly and polite. Good location for metro. We had breakfast includded which was provided by the cafe at Brazil Acai which was limited however, the food was delicious and the staff friendly. A good base to explore Valencia. Thank you.

Struttura ottima! La camera era comoda e molto pulita, aveva tutto quello che può servire per un viaggio in famiglia, pur non avendo una reception presente h24, la comunicazione con l'host è stata semplice e sempre molto rapida. La posizione, seppure leggermente fuori dal centro della città, era comodissima per la vicinanza della metro e a un centro commerciale. Consigliatissimo!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Smartr Valencia. Pros: Although we didn’t get the chance to meet anyone in person, check-in was very straightforward, and communication with the host via WhatsApp was prompt and helpful. The location is excellent, with a major shopping centre nearby and easy access to all forms of public transport. The room was spacious and well equipped, with all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. Cons (if I have to be picky): The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, with some mould around the shower area. Check-in is at 4 p.m. I appreciate this may be fairly standard in Europe, and the 12 p.m. check-out is a nice touch, but as we had a very early flight, waiting until 4 p.m. to check in was quite tiring. The rooms are not completely soundproof, so you can occasionally hear people walking in the corridor or talking in neighbouring rooms. That said, it didn’t significantly disturb us or affect our sleep. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying at Smartr again on our next visit to Valencia.

Our room was really spacious, comfortable and quiet, which we really appreciated. Location-wise, easy access to metro and bus, on Turia park which is a fantastic green belt, and within walking distance to the old town. We were pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend.

Camera funzionale con l occorrente per un buon soggiorno. Buona ubicazione per raggiungere il centro storico e le zone limitrofe come città della scienza, Bioparco, spiaggia malvarosa, parco Albufera con un eccellente servizio bus pubblici. Facilmente raggiungibile con la metro dall areoporto.

Although a little strange, self checking in was remarkably simple (remember to look at WhatsApp for comms with smartr). The room was clean, amenities appropriate, excellent location etc. Even easier check-out. If you don't need traditional hotel facilities and only need a place to stay, Smartr is excellent value for money, couldn't recommend it enough.
