The staff was wonderful! Excellent customer service. The room was clean and I loved the bed- very comfortable with great linens, pillows and the best blanket I’ve had at a hotel and I have been to nice properties. It came in handy because the room was cool. The cable was also good and the bathroom had a lighted mirror.

This was a great stay in Old San Juan. Not far from SJU, close to everything we wanted to do. From Castle Morro, to the pier, to everything in between. Great food and shopping options close by, and for a night pre-cruise we couldn't ask for anything more!

No hot water for shower in the morning. Staff was very nice. We tested hot water in sink upon arrival, it seemed hot. We found out in the morning room 103 only had cold shower. Staff told us on checkout that we paid for a room with hot shower, and the rate sure reflected it. Waiting. And waiting. To see if resort fee will be refunded. It's really N O T. O. K to charge a fee then not provide a hot shower.

A really great value in the heart of Old San Juan. Rooms are small. Not fancy but modern and very clean. Great staff. Would gladly stay here again if cruising or for a short stay.

Abralee at the front desk was very attentive to our needs. We arrived VERY early around 10 am off a cruise ship and she said check in was at 4 but she would do everything she could to get us in earlier. She did indeed get us in around 11:30-12 which was amazing! She also went out of her way to find a bottle opener for us while we waited. Great customer service.
