卡默洛日本飯店

旅館附近有地鐵出口，方便，可惜沒有電梯，得自己提行李上下樓梯； 旅館入口到入住櫃台得下一段樓梯，又得自己提行李上下； 其餘都很好。

1.旅館鄰近車站可以從地下街出入口進出，但出入口沒有電扶梯或樓梯，搬運行李比較辛苦。 2.另外從大門到櫃檯有半層樓的樓梯階差，工作人員會協助。 3.房間內的吹風機款是老舊很難用，但可以跟櫃台借吹風機。 4.床墊年代久遠沒有彈性會發生聲音。 5.鄰近橫濱車站交通非常方便，前後就有三家百貨公司，在沒行李的前提下，透過地下道銜接還不錯。 6.飯店雖然老舊，但工作人員服務態度都很好。

房間ok, 但早餐食物種類太少, 連住幾天, 每天吃同樣的食物...寧願選擇不包早餐房型. 建議添加食物種類. Thanks.

I join the plan including 4 persons breakfast, but I need to pay (again) for my kids in hotel, it’s so crazy!

行李多前往酒店非常不方便 整體偏舊 大堂接待處只有樓梯

Extremely close to the Yokohama station underground mall, but it's a huge underground mall need to take at least 5~10 minutes to walk through and reach the station. Overall is good, but the facility is bit old.

Worst hotel for price i have ever stayed in. Extremely run down and lacks any comforts of a decent Hotel. From the Moment you get out of the lift the place just stinks of smokes. Will have to clean everything when i leave here. Only saving grace is the staff that were always great. Would get better facilities in a backpackers.

Clean and affordable hotel close to Yokohama station

staff very helpful but only downside is no bottled water or spoon for tea/coffee. there was kettle for boiling water
