Worst thing was, days after departure I was sent a 'notice of damages' that included an accusation that I had left late past checkout time hence threatened $85 charges. Accuser not only had no proof (false regardless) but after I protested, stated they will THEN investigate. 3 days later and no reply. In other words, their business office accused me arbitrarily, in an apparent attempt to wrongfully 'cash grab'. Also, I cleaned up and damaged nothing hence no "damages" & again no 'proof' produced.
The space is very basic but adequate for right in good location downtown. However, the weather-sealing is quite poor as cold winter wind blew through the place via large patiodoor and various ducts &vents.
Elevator is poorly marked re parking garage access. I became stuck in the basement and the only elevator there was for subground levels, none to garage. Lugged heavy bags up various locked staircases.Called the elevator "Help" line and they tried to reach security for assistance but advised me that security was "not willing to help" and they could do nothing about it. 45mins later found my way out by climbing further. Urban minor nightmare.
Initial communication about needed details was awkward as they don't provide enough clearly at outset, resulting in much annoying back& forth & long waits. Wrongly told me parking access fob was in a lockbox but after futile trying turned out it was in the room, while car was parked precariously at night in wait.
Won't be using this org again.
