Room itself, overall, was ok. Typical, small, NY hotel room. Lighting was very harsh, like being in a warehouse. The biggest issue, there was no hot water. Gentlemen at front desk said the boiler was broken. When asked when it would be fixed, he said he didn't know because he didn't work there. When we asked "you don't work here?". He repeated that he didn't work there and if we had complaints, we should put them on social media. Well, ok, then. So if he didn't work there, what right did he have to take my credit card and check us in earlier that day?? Bottom line, he just didn't care. And because of that, never again will I stay at any Red Roof anythings. There are plenty of other choices.
