O hotel é bem localizado, mas tive bastante dificuldade para acessar o estacionamento, sendo importante ter alguém para facilitar esta questão. O apartamento em dois andares, com banheiro e sala de banho separados nos andares traz alguma dificuldade para mais de 2 pessoas. A localização é muito boa, próximo a bons restaurantes na praia.

Tolle Unterkunft in guter Lage. Fussläufig zum Strand, Ruck Zuck geht es zur Mall of the Netherlands oder nach Den Haag. Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen. Einziger Malus, die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig.

Das Konzept der Selbstbedienung ist sehr durchdacht und gelungen. Es fehlt an nichts. Dadurch dass es ein neues Hotel ist, war die Austattung sehr gepflegt und modern. Die Strandpromenade ist fußläufig erreichbar.

All good. Small studio but well designed. Slept well ☺️. Tv was good for evening viewing. Perfect location to explore The Hague with Station a short tram ride away (20 mins). Perfect location for lazy day at the beach. Very happy 😊

Die Lage war toll, der Balkon sehr klein. Nie wieder ein Hotel ohne Rezeption. Probleme via WhatsApp zu klären, führt zu keiner schnellen Problemlösung. Es gibt genügend andere Hotels in der Nähe, die persönlicher sind. Wenn schon bei diesem Personal gespart wird, sollte sich das im Preis wiederfindet. Das tut es nach unserer Auffassung nicht.

Zimmer war top! Genau wie beschrieben und mit wunderbarer Aussicht in richtung Strand, obwohl wir kein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht hatten (war vielleicht Glück). Parkplatz ist sehr eng, sollte man wissen - aber trotz SUV hat es irgendwie gepasst 😄 Check-In und Check-Out war super und ohne Probleme. Und die Lage ist wirklich super, in zweiter Reihe zum Strand Scheveningen, wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder. ☀️

Prima accomodatie, schoon, faciliteiten als koffie en thee, water, netheid, uitrusting en wifi allemaal uitstekend op orde. Boven verwachting dus kom graag nog een keer terug!

Minus: Keine "echte" Rezeption, nur virtuell. Frühstück in Bistro auf anderer Straßenseite. Frühstück erst ab 8:30 möglich (zu spät). Waschbecken zu klein. Zu laute, nicht abstellbare Klimaanlage. Keine Schreibutensilien (Papier, Stift) vorhanden. Plus: Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor'm Hotel. Strand und Promenade in direkter Nähe. Ruhiges Zimmer.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt, gut gelegen und mit dem Nötigen ausgestattet. Sie hat eine Tram- und eine Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür. Zu Fuß sind es nur ein paar Minuten bis zum Strand.

The hotel was totally unmanned, shortly after checking in the elevator went out of order so by the time it was operative, I lost some precious hours stranded in my room on the 8th floor. Air conditioner was not functioning & for any problem, the only way of contacting, is WhatsApp with a machine. The microwave wasn’t functioning and same problem as the others. I SHALL never try this hotel or any UNMANNED hotel. Expedia better mention explicitly that hotel is UNMANNED 😖

These guys did not provide any bedding for one of our guests, meaning they had to sleep with no sheets. Then when I left my mobile phone with them they refused to send it on to an address in the Netherlands unless I paid the shipping, given how let down we were having been left to sleep in the cold I thought the least they could do was return my phone. They have refused. We will never use another Numa property again, worst customer service I have ever encountered.
