Dejligt med køkken, dagligvare butik tæt på, køleskab med fryser i lejligheden. To toiletter var også godt til en stor familie. Nemt at komme ind med den tilsendte kode. wifi fungerede fint.

Perfect place to stay and a spacious and modern apartment. Close to communication and supermarket which made our trip to Hamburg very easy. Fast and nice answers from the host regarding questions. We will absolutely be back! Thank you :D

Rigtig fin lejlighed med super god beliggenhed i forhold til U-bahn. Parkering kan ske billigt ved Miele centret 1 km derfra.

We booked the same day. But payment didn't go through so we had to pay again to get in to the room. When inside we noticed the room only had one towel, only two pillows and both without pillow covers, one bed (we booked a room with one king & one extra). We tried to reach out to the hotell but got shut down 3 times waiting to get to their support. Really bad!

Das ist bereits unser dritter Aufenthalt. Wie immer, waren wir zufrieden. Einziges Manko - leider hat es dieses Mal wieder nicht mit dem Beistellbett für unseren Sohn geklappt. Ansonsten ist die Einrichtung tadellos und sauber.

Vi havde et rigtig godt ophold rent fysisk, da selve lejligheden var dejlig stor, skinnende ren og havde en virkelig skøn altan. Desværre trækker nogle praktiske ting ned i den samlede oplevelse. Deres chat-funktion var enormt frustrerende at bruge; det virkede som om, der var alt for mange forskellige mennesker eller en AI-assistent inde over, hvilket gjorde det unødvendigt svært at få svar på helt basale ting – bl.a. hvordan man overhovedet finder stedet, og hvor man kan parkere. Derudover var det en anelse skuffende, at det ikke var muligt at streame sine egne tjenester som Netflix på tv'et, da man udelukkende er begrænset til almindelige tv-kanaler. Alt i alt en rigtig fin og lækker lejlighed, men med lidt plads til forbedring, når det gælder deres kundeservice og underholdningsmuligheder på værelset.

Property is managed by Arbio, with no reception, but all information for check-in is sent via email, and we had no problems - their step-by-step check-in procedure was very concise. The property is in a great location for discovering Hamburg - right next to the train line, but with no noise from the trains. There is a supermarket right downstairs, and 2 more within 10 minutes walking. There are also many dining options nearby, but we utilised the excellent kitchen in the apartment. The 3 of us stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, and were very happy with our stay. The apartment was modern, clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was the best in our 6 week holiday. We had a small communication glitch, where our email did not receive a reply, but overall we would not hesitate to recommend this property to all.

Das Apartement war großzügig, wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer und ausreichend Platz. Check-In ist völlig kontaktfrei und hat gut funktioniert. In der Beschreibung steht etwas von Parkplätzen vor Ort. Dies stimmt nur begrenzt. Es gibt öffentliche Parkplätze aber nur bis zu 3 Std zwischen 08:00 und 18 Uhr. Wer tagsüber das Auto stehen lassen möchte muss ins Parkhaus , das ca. 900m entfernt ist (aber relativ günstig für 9 EUR pro 24 Std). Leider wurde uns beim Buchen nicht mitgeteilt, dass gegenüber eine große Baustelle ist. Das erfährt man nur im Aufzug. Die Fenster sollen schallisoliert sein, aber die Baustelle ist trotzdem zu hören. Die Innenraumlüftung ist dermaßen laut und unangenehm, dass die bereitgelegten Ohrstöpsel Sinn machen. Eine Info zur Abfallentsorgung wäre hilfreich gewesen. Die Umgebung ist nicht schön, vor dem Apartmentkomplex befindet sich eine 4-spurige Straße. Aufenthalt also o.k., aber sicher keine Empfehlung.

Flat was clean. Kitchen good enough but information about utensils, dustbin bags, where to throw trash could have been clearer. Also, there should have been some extra toiletries available. Very good location. Happy with our stay.
