Hôtel bien situé, à environ 10 minutes de marche de l’entrée du site de Petra. Chambre quadruple grande et propre. Toutefois, chambre mal aménagée, peu d’espace pour disposer de ses choses. Pas de luminosité venant de l’extérieur (fenêtre donnant sur un trou d’aération). Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner. Tout de même un bon rapport qualité-prix pour Petra.

Great place to stay. Perfect location.

Great location. 10-12 min from visitors centre and entrance to Petra. Friendly staff. Decent sized room and clean bathroom. Good breakfast every morning. Easy street parking right in front of the hotel. We went during a time when it wasn’t peek tourist time. So finding spot was never a problem. The only thing I would caution is that there are around 15 steps to get from street level to the hotel entrance. It didn’t matter to us but if you have difficulty with stairs - you might find that cumbersome each time you come in and out. Highly recommend this place.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Sunset hotel. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. A special shoutout to my new friend Firas, who assisted us right from the start of our journey. He dedicated himself to helping us plan our itinerary, and without his support, our amazing trip wouldn't have been possible. The hotel is within walking distance to all the attractions in the area. We will certainly return again in the future. Highly recommend hotel.

I booked a room under the pictures that showed spaciousness, with a tea table and chairs and with a city view. They gave me a small room with no tea table and chairs, with a window facing a wall of a building nextdoor. And the room was so small that a closet was blocked by one of the beds. The lights were too dim. In the bathroom, when the fan was turned on, smell of smoking came through which was disgusting. Also, the hallway was full of smoking smell despite non-smoking sign. Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful with baggage, but the worst thing was with the staff at the breatfast restaurant. I wanted to sit by the window but one table that was left was not cleaned, so I sat at a big table by the window. The staff came and told me to "Sit there" literally. Sit there, like talking to a child: so impolite. He said there was a group of tourists that never came until I finished my meal. Anyways, so I asked him to clean and set the empty table by the window, and he never did. Then he started cleaning other tables and chairs, hitting the chairs with cleaning cloth for dusting. How thoughtless, while people were there eating breakfast. I believe this hotel deceives people with untrue pictures, and is not worth being included in Hotels.com. I've stayed at hotels with similar price range, but this one was the worst.
