Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, clean and comfortable room. Because rooms face out on a corridor open from the first to the rooftop restaurant, street and nearby restaurant noise enters from the top down. Some rooms only have windows facing the corridor with no view.

We stayed at Hotel Tepalcates for four nights (11/11–11/15) and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and the staff were truly amazing—kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Especially Victor, who offered us great recommendations for local beaches and restaurants, which we really appreciated. Due to our busy schedule, we only had the chance to enjoy the complimentary breakfast once, but it was excellent—fresh, made to order, and a perfect way to start the morning. Another highlight was having a refrigerator in our room, fully stocked with a variety of beverages that were very reasonably priced. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend Hotel Tepalcates to anyone considering a visit to Melaque. We would definitely stay here again.

4/10 一般般
